Shipping Methods

We offer priority mail (3–5business days) to the United States AND UPS. Additional shipping methods are available at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 2pm. All orders after 2pm will be processed next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If you place an order on a holiday that falls on a weekday, it will be processed on the following business day.

 

International Shipments

We ship internationally! You will see your carrier options at checkout.

Important Information about International Shipments

Delays in customs are common. Packages may take longer to reach international destinations than we estimate. Unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Make sure your address is correct and that someone will be there to sign for your package. If any package is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any additional custom fees, and the cost of returning shipments back to Maria Victoria LLC. This also applies to shipments refused by you at the door.

Due to carrier restrictions we cannot ship orders to: Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Saint Helena (South Atlantic), Sudan, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tuvalu, and Wake Island.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars and charged in U.S. dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Easy Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. ( Original shipping fee is deducted from the refund ).

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product is in its original packaging and has tags on.

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • We can not exchange more than 5 items per calendar year.

*Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email to shop@lillychicboutique.com to request a return shipping label. Make sure to Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. If your product is damaged or defective within the first 30 days please notify us so we can make it right. After 30 days we cant take a return.
